This program covers physical damage caused by the resident and/or their guests that continues outside the unit up to $100,000. This is a required program.
The apartment homes come pre-wired with fiber optic service. This internet package offers 500mbps. This is a required package. You may upgrade the package at your own expense.
You have 72 hours from the time of an approved application to cancel their application and have the administrative fee refunded. If applicant(s) have not canceled their application within 72 hours of approval, the administrative fee is non-refundable.
You will be notified immediately by email or by telephone within three (3) business days (Mon-Fri) from submitting the application and required processing fee.
